Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "active job"?
An active job is any job with status other than "Closed." You can have unlimited total jobs in the system; only open/in-progress jobs count toward your plan limit. Closing a job frees up that slot immediately.
Does the trial require a credit card?
No. You get full access to all features for 14 days with no payment information required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and enter billing details — or cancel with no charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Admin settings inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Are all 37 modules really included?
Yes. Every plan includes the full feature set: CRM, budget engine, scheduling, documents, invoicing, field ops, purchasing, customer portal, compliance, and more. There are no feature add-ons or premium tiers for specific modules.
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. ACH bank transfer is available on Pro plans with annual billing.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored in a dedicated Postgres database on Neon. Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database level — no other tenant can access your records. File storage uses Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs. All traffic is HTTPS.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Before cancellation you can export all jobs, budgets, documents, contacts, and files. We do not hold your data hostage — it's yours.
